These general conditions of use and sale (known as « general conditions ») govern navigation on the site: and the provision by Bodytec4U (hereinafter « the Service Provider ») ) of its services to any Internet user or visitor to the site (hereinafter “the User”). ARTICLE 5 : Responsibility

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any viruses or malicious programs that could infect the User’s computer or any computer equipment, resulting from use, access or download from the site. ARTICLE 8 : Withdrawal

He will bear the direct costs of reshipping his order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, undamaged. The products may not be subject to withdrawal when they have been unsealed by the User.
