1. General

The terms and conditions of sale outlined above apply to all products exclusively available on the website www.bodytec4u.ch, offered by ASBH Sàrl. These terms delineate the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved. http://www.bodytec4u.ch of the company ASBH Sàrl. They define the rights and obligations of each party.

ASBH Sàrl reserves the right to modify the content and structure of these terms and conditions of sale at any time without prior notice.

Products

The available products on the www.bodytec4u.ch website, as well as the accompanying images, are provided for informational purposes and are not considered binding agreements.

ASBH Sàrl is committed to exerting its best efforts to ensure that the availability and photographic representation of products on the www.bodytec4u.ch website closely mirror reality. However, given the static presentation of products on the website, there may be minor disparities between the customer's perception and the actual products. It is also possible that a product may go out of stock between the time an order is placed and shipping confirmation.

4. Sales Process
4.1. Ordering

Customers have the convenience of browsing through our complete product range on the website. When they have added all the desired products to their shopping cart, they can proceed to complete the order and make the payment.

Confirming the order serves as an acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

Once the order is validated and payment is made, the customer will promptly receive an email confirming the order

4.2. Pricing

The prices indicated on the website www.bodytec4u.ch are inclusive of all taxes but do not cover preparation and shipping fees, where applicable. Shipping costs, when relevant, will be clearly displayed before the final order confirmation

ASBH Sàrl retains the right to modify prices and other fees on www.bodytec4u.ch at any time and without prior notice. However, the prices valid at the time of order validation will remain in effect, even if there are changes in prices on the website http://www.bodytec4u.ch . The prices in effect at the time of validation of the order, however, remain valid even in the event of a price change on the site.

4.3. Product representation

ASBH Sàrl is fully dedicated to presenting products on www.bodytec4u.ch with the utmost visual accuracy, striving to mirror reality.

In addition, ASBH Sàrl commits to refraining from making any deliberate modifications or retouching that could alter the perception of one or more products

4.4. Secure payment

We provide the following payment options:

  • Prepayment (bank transfer)

We process payments directly on the secure banking or postal servers of our trusted partners. Your financial information never passes through our servers and is never stored. All payments on the www.bodytec4u.ch website are fully secure.

Orders are validated upon successful payment. In cases of prepayment, the order is held until payment is received

To finalize the order, it is imperative for the Customer to complete the payment form. The Customer's credit card or Postcard details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never traverse ASBH Sàrl's servers. The advance payment is handled directly by the bank or the Post Office, and ASBH Sàrl does not have access to the Customer's banking information

4.5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the order, based on weight, volume, and the applicable rates of the carrier responsible for the delivery. If the order amount is less than 45 CHF in Switzerland and 130 CHF within the European Union, these costs are at the customer charge, and they will be billed 7.50 CHF for Switzerland and 30.- CHF for any country within the European Union.

ASBH Sàrl oversees the shipment of goods sold through the www.bodytec4u.ch website, serving customers in Switzerland. Products will be dispatched solely to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process. Should there be any need to change the delivery address after order confirmation, the customer is required to make a written request as soon as possible to ASBH Sàrl at contact@bodytec.ch. While ASBH Sàrl will do its utmost to accommodate address changes, it cannot guarantee that the request will be successful.

Starting from the order and payment confirmation, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 3 to 4 business days for Switzerland
  • 5 to 6 business days for European Union countries
  • 7 to 8 business days for Gulf countries
4.6. Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete and intact, including labels with their references, accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receiving the package. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Only products purchased through the www.bodytech4u.ch website and returned in compliance with the criteria outlined below are eligible for refunds.

The return process is as follows:

  • Send an email to contact@bodytec4u.ch, explaining the reason for the return.
  • Wait for confirmation from ASBH Sàrl, and then proceed to return the products to the following address:

The product must be complete, well-protected, in its original packaging, with the film or individual protective packaging intact (unopened), and accompanied by all relevant accessories

The product must be accompanied by the order number and the contact information of the person responsible for the return.

ASBH Sàrl's internal teams will thoroughly examine the product to determine whether a refund is warranted. This evaluation includes verifying that the product has been returned in complete and resaleable condition, as stipulated by the right of withdrawal.

Should the merchandise meet the return requirements, it becomes eligible for either a refund or an exchange, with the refund being processed through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

4.7 Complaints

The ownership of the Products is transferred to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package's condition upon receipt, make any necessary reservations and complaints with the carrier, and document them on the delivery slip enclosed with the package. If the delivered products do not align with the specified nature or quality on the delivery slip, these reservations and complaints should be directed to contact@bodytec4u.ch within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by photos of the affected package whenever possible. Beyond this timeframe, the consideration of the complaint may not be assured.

In the event of the customer's absence during delivery, the customer should consult the terms and procedures of each delivery provider for retrieving the product.

The Products offered on the www.bodytec4u.ch website distributed in compliance with Swiss legislation. ASBH Sàrl cannot be held responsible for any non-compliance with the laws of another country where the Product may be used

5. Applicable law

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising from or related to these general terms and conditions of sale or any sale governed by them will be settled in accordance with Swiss law. This applies to disputes of a contractual or tortious nature, or any other basis. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 1980 is expressly excluded. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is Coppet

6. Original text

ASBH Sàrl's terms and conditions are initially drafted in French and subsequently translated into other languages available on the website. In cases of discrepancy, the French version shall be authoritative.
