How can I pay for my order?
You can settle your order using either a credit card or a bank transfer. Please note that orders paid via bank transfer will be placed on hold until the payment is received, and there may be an additional 1-2 days required for shipping.
What is the processing time for my order?
We generally process and dispatch orders on the same day if they are received before noon. If an order comes in during the afternoon, it may be processed the following day. You will receive an email notification when your request is being actively processed.
How are orders shipped?
For deliveries within Switzerland, packages are shipped using the regular postal service, and for orders outside Switzerland, we employ DHL. Shipping fees are waived for orders in Switzerland exceeding CHF 35.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
